Return & Refund Policy
(Limited, Personalized Items)

Overview
All garments in this Limited Drop are made to order and personalized (your initials are integrated into the print; each piece is numbered and signed). Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
  • Personalized / made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
EU note: Under EU law, the 14-day “cooling-off” right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Damages & issues (manufacturing defects only)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email tamara@tamarakostochko.com within 7 days of receipt with:
  1. your order number,
  2. a brief description of the issue, and
  3. clear photos/video of the full garment and the specific area(s) of concern.
We’ll review promptly and let you know the next steps.

What qualifies as a manufacturing defect
  • Printing errors (e.g., major misalignment, severe banding, obvious print faults).
  • Construction defects (e.g., open seams, broken stitching on arrival, major fabric flaws).
  • Personalization errors (e.g., initials not matching your confirmed request).
  • Wrong item sent.

What is not considered a manufacturing defect
  • Minor color variation vs. on-screen previews (different displays render color differently).
  • Natural variation of fabric hand/finish typical for silk/cotton/mesh.
  • Fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Normal creasing from shipping that resolves with steaming.
  • Wear and tear after use, or damage due to improper care (see Care Guide).

Remedies for approved defects
Because each design is strictly limited to 5 pieces, remedies depend on availability:
  1. Repair or remake of your personalized piece (preferred solution).
  2. Replacement with the same design (if stock remains).
  3. If neither is possible, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We will confirm the remedy by email and provide instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Where to send authorized returns (if requested)
The return address will be provided upon approval of your request. Please do not ship any items back before receiving confirmation and instructions by email.

Shipping & costs
Shipping is not included in the product price. The delivery cost will be calculated individually based on your shipping address and preferred method. Please see the Shipping Policy for full details.

Refunds (when applicable)
If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
