Concept
Earth Daughter is a symbolic kimono reflecting the connection between the female body and the natural world — a figure made of flora, rooted in the earth.

Idea
At the center is a translucent silhouette of a woman, composed of plants, flowers, and branches — like an x-ray of nature. The background, also filled with botanical patterns in contrasting tones, highlights the figure while keeping her within the flow of nature.

Technique
The collage was hand-assembled from over 300 species of plants and insects. The kimono is double-sided 100% silk, with an inner layer that reverses the outer palette — echoing surface and depth.

Complementary piece
A matching stretch-mesh bodysuit was created with the same plant collage on nude-toned fabric — a second skin, subtle and organic.
